Pumpkin dishes have a pleasant aroma and beautiful color. They saturate the body with vitamins and minerals, but at the same time contain few calories. Cooking pumpkin dishes is very simple, sometimes it takes just a few minutes.
It is necessary
- - a small pumpkin weighing from 1.5 to 2 kg;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 cloves of garlic (or to taste);
- - a few sprigs of parsley or basil;
- - salt to taste;
- - 30 g of grated Parmesan.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C. We make several punctures in the pumpkin with a knife so that steam comes out, bake it for 1 hour in the oven.
Step 2
Cut the finished and cooled pumpkin lengthwise into two halves. We remove the seeds. Use a fork to separate the flesh into strips.
Step 3
Squeeze the garlic, chop the greens. Fry the garlic in hot oil, add greens to it, fry for a minute.
Step 4
Put the pumpkin in the pan, salt to taste. We fry the pumpkin for just a couple of minutes, so that it becomes soft, but does not turn into a puree. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
