Vinaigrette is a traditional Russian vegetable-based dish, tasty and healthy. You can diversify the usual vinaigrette by adding an unusual ingredient to it. Vinaigrette with squid will be a good option, even for an everyday, even for a festive table.

- - squid - 5 carcasses.

Step 1
Pour boiling water over the squid carcasses, remove the film and entrails. Dip the prepared squid in boiling water, add salt. Wait for the water to boil again and turn off the heat after 3-4 minutes. You cannot cook squid longer, otherwise the delicate taste will disappear.
Step 2
Wash and boil large carrots, small beets and potatoes. Vegetables can be quickly cooked in the microwave without peeling. Finely chop the large onion. Chop fresh parsley or dill.
Step 3
Cut chilled vegetables and pickles into cubes. Cut the squid carcasses into thin rings. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, add salt, pepper, pour with oil, stir. Place the squid vinaigrette in a deep dish, sprinkle with herbs. You can decorate the vinaigrette with squid rings.
