If you were vacationing in Antalya, Bodrum or Marmaris, you probably tried amazing crumbly pilaf. The secret is that rice is not cooked in a saucepan, but cooked in a pan.

Based on 4 servings: 2 cups of rice, 2 handfuls of "stars" or "letters" pasta, 2 cups of boiling water, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt to taste

We wash the rice and soak it in water for 15 minutes.

We boil water. Pour oil into a deep frying pan. When the oil warms up, add the macaroons and fry them until light brown.

Drain the water from the rice and put it in a skillet. Fry for several minutes with the pasta, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour boiling water into a frying pan and add salt. We are waiting for the water to boil away. You do not need to stir the rice at this time. When there is no water left, and holes form on the surface of the rice, turn off the gas and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 5
