Put onions, carrots in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry a little. Now add minced meat to them, mix and simmer for 10 minutes. At this time, you can chop or grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, then add to the pan and mix everything again. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise and cut each half into thin slices, although if you do it differently, I think it will not change the taste. Add potatoes, mix and bring the dish to readiness under the lid. I add broth or just water during cooking. Before turning off the stove, salt and pepper our dish. If you like, add ground paprika, it will give a beautiful shade to the potatoes.
