For breakfast, you can cook not only porridge with milk and various sandwiches for tea, but also zucchini with minced meat. The dish turns out to be very tasty and easy to prepare. Best served with sour cream.
It is necessary
- 150 grams of pork pulp,
- 100 grams of veal or chicken pulp,
- one onion,
- some salt
- some black ground pepper,
- two small zucchini,
- 4 tablespoons breading

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a blender.
Cut the peeled onion into cubes or rings and add to the meat in a blender.
Grind until minced, salt and pepper a little, mix.
Minced meat can be made not only in a blender, but also in a meat grinder.
Step 2
We clean the zucchini, if they are young, then you do not need to peel. Cut into circles about a centimeter thick. Cut out cores in each circle. Fill the zucchini with minced meat and roll each stuffed circle in breading on both sides.

Fry the zucchini in hot vegetable oil (if you wish, you can fry the zucchini in olive oil, so they turn out to be more aromatic) on both sides until an appetizing golden brown.
We transfer the zucchini to any refractory container and place it in the microwave for about 5 minutes (set the power to 750 watts). Zucchini can be cooked in the oven until cooked. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the zucchini for 15 minutes.

The stuffed zucchini is ready. Best served with sour cream or any sauce.
