It is necessary

  • • Fresh young zucchini - 1.5 kg (3 pcs);
  • • Ready minced meat - 600 g;
  • • Chicken egg - 2 pcs;
  • • Carbonated water, mineral - 100 g;
  • • Flour - 30 g;
  • • Onions - 150 g;
  • • Fresh carrots - 60 g;
  • • Mayonnaise - 70 g;
  • • Cheese - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the courgettes and check their skin for smoothness. If there is damage or decay, cut it off. Cut off the noses and stalks. Do not peel off the skin. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully remove the center with seeds from them with a spoon.

Step 2

Peel off the husk of the onion. Wash it and rub it. Transfer to a medium deep bowl. Peel the carrots and grate. Transfer to a bowl with onions.

Step 3

Lubricate the inner walls of the zucchini with mayonnaise. Pepper them.

Step 4

Add prepared minced meat, pepper, chicken eggs and salt to a bowl with onions and carrots. Stir the minced meat and place generously in the squash boats. Brush with mayonnaise on top of minced meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 5

The baking sheet on which the stuffed zucchini will be baked should be greased with refined vegetable (corn) oil. Transfer the zucchini prepared for baking onto it and put in the oven, heated to 220 degrees, for 15 minutes.

Step 6

During this time, the zucchini will become soft, and the filling in them will become tasty, boiled and beautiful. The crust will turn out to be brown.

Side dishes are not required for this dish, but the sauce should be served. Everything that can be found on the farm is suitable - ketchup or adjika, mustard or horseradish-based sauces. It is possible to serve quickly stuffed zucchini and with sweet sauces based on lingonberry, cranberry and plum.
