  • - 150 grams of lightly salted salmon
  • - 2 stalks of celery
  • - 1 large carrot
  • - olive oil
  • - lemon juice

Step 1

Cut off the skin from the fillet of the freshest lightly salted salmon, carefully selecting all the bones from it. The fillet is cut into small cubes about half a centimeter in size, then transferred to a deep bowl.

Celery with a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife must be peeled from the hard top layer. Then the celery is cut into about the same cubes as the salmon. The chopped celery is transferred to a bowl with the fish.

The carrots are thoroughly washed and peeled. Then the carrots are cut into very thin oval slices at a slight angle. Directly transparent thickness of the slices is welcomed. The carrots cut in this way are transferred to a bowl with fish and celery.
