Apples baked with sugar and cinnamon are known as a very tasty dessert, but apples baked with cottage cheese are no less, if not more delicious. Moreover, this is a really healthy dessert, unlike many others.

To prepare this dish, you will need: 1 kg of apples, 100 g of raisins, 300-400 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 50 g of butter, 2 eggs, 100-150 g of sugar.
Cooking apples baked with cottage cheese:
The apples must be washed, the tops cut off and the cores removed from each apple. You should get some kind of pots with lids, which will need to be filled with curd filling.
For the filling, take cottage cheese, mash it with sugar, then break eggs into it. The butter should be added to the filling after it has stood at room temperature for at least half an hour. Before adding raisins to the filling, rinse and scald with boiling water.
We put the curd filling in each apple, cover with the top and put the apples on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
We bake apples stuffed with cottage cheese for about half an hour at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.
The stuffed apples can be served either warm or cold, sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Cold stuffed apples can also be poured with sour cream, butter cream.
Useful tip: of course, you can try to fantasize with this recipe, for example, replace raisins with dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, cut into pieces.
