  • - Brie or Roquefort cheese - 200 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - white wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground cinnamon - 4 tsp;
  • - sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • - ground white pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Preparing apples. Cut off the top of the apples (from the side of the stalk), remove the core and some of the pulp so that there is room for the filling. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.

Step 2

Cooking the filling. Mash the cheese with a fork. Grate the apple pulp on a coarse grater. Mix the cheese with the grated apple.

Step 3

Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar (2 tablespoons), add cream, wine, cinnamon and pepper. Stir. Combine the egg mixture with cheese and apple. The filling is ready.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the prepared apples in a mold, pour a little water into the mold. Place the filling in the apple shells. Bake the dish for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Step 5

Cooking caramel. 5 minutes before the apples are ready, cook the caramel. 1 tbsp. l. mix sugar with 1 tbsp. l. water and add the juice of half a lemon. Put on fire, cook until sugar dissolves. Then reduce heat and cook the caramel until tender. Periodically drip the syrup onto a cold saucer, as soon as the syrup stops spreading, the syrup is ready.
