You can add poppy seeds or nut crumbs, coconut flakes, instant coffee powder. Cheesecakes can also be made fruity by adding jam or berries to the cottage cheese. You can use your own icing instead of a store-bought chocolate bar. To do this, melt 5 tbsp in a water bath. l. insoluble cocoa powder, half a glass of sugar, 3 tbsp. l. milk and 50 g of butter. The chocolate mass will begin to acquire the desired consistency as it cools.
