Vegetable burger is a hearty and delicious vegetable dish. A hot burger can be served with fried potatoes or regular cabbage salad.
It is necessary
- puff pastry (not yeast) - 1 sheet,
- eggplant - 2 pcs.,
- tiger shrimps - 9 pcs.,
- pickled cucumbers, spicy - 3-4 pcs.,
- mustard - 1 tsp
- leaf salad - 5-6 pcs.,
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut into 1 centimeter thick circles. Prepare 18 eggplant blanks. Salt them and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Roll out a sheet of lean, puff pastry on the table. Sprinkle flour over the work area.

Using a cooking ring or other convenient shape, squeeze 9 circles out of the dough. Cut each circle with a knife.
