It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 400 g flour;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 glass of warm water;
  • - salt.
  • For minced meat:
  • - 250 g of beef;
  • - 250 g of lamb;
  • - 3 onions;
  • - black pepper;
  • - Red pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 3 sweet peppers;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • -1 pod of hot pepper;
  • -2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - black pepper;
  • - basil;
  • - parsley;
  • - dill;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough: Sift the flour. Stir eggs in a bowl, add water and salt. Add flour and knead the dough.

Step 2

Cooking minced meat: Rinse the meat, drain the water and cut into small pieces. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce: cut the bell pepper and onion into cubes. Then lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut the tomatoes into the roasting pan, add the fried peppers and onions. Simmer for 10 minutes. Chop herbs, garlic and hot peppers. Add to vegetable sauce.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each part. Put the minced meat on the finished layers of dough. Roll up, cut into pieces, 4 cm wide. Pinch each piece from one edge.

Step 5

Place in a roasting pan, add vegetable sauce and a glass of water. Salt to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
