Turkey meat is not only tasty, but also healthy. Rich in vitamins E and A, as well as many trace elements (such as phosphorus, iodine, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium), it is widely used in dietary nutrition. And in combination with vegetables, turkey meat is doubly useful. Therefore, juicy cutlets made from turkey and vegetables are a real find for adherents of a healthy diet.
Recipe for turkey cutlets with vegetables
To make delicious and tender cutlets from vegetables and turkey, you will need:
- 500 g turkey fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 egg;
- 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
First of all, prepare the minced turkey. To do this, wash the turkey fillet thoroughly, dry with a napkin or towel, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. To make the minced meat more fluffy, you can additionally grind it in a blender.
Peel onions, carrots and zucchini (if young zucchini with thin delicate skin are used for cooking cutlets, then they do not need to be peeled). Chop the onions very finely, grate the carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater. Chop the peeled cloves of garlic.
Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, add chopped onions and garlic and literally heat them for 1-2 minutes until the onions are transparent.
Then combine the prepared vegetables: onions, garlic, carrots and zucchini with minced turkey. Add salt and pepper and beat in an egg. Mix everything thoroughly. Form small patties from the cooked mass and fry in the remaining vegetable oil. Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer the patties over low heat for 5-7 minutes. If desired, this recipe's turkey vegetable cutlets can be steamed.
Recipe for vegetable cutlets with turkey
To prepare tasty and healthy cutlets according to this recipe, you need to take the following ingredients:
- 300 g minced turkey;
- 200 g of white cabbage;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 tbsp. l. semolina;
- vegetable oil;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
Wash and peel the carrots, remove the upper wilted and blackened leaves from the cabbage. Then pass the prepared vegetables through a meat grinder along with the minced turkey. Add semolina, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly, slightly beating the mass so that the minced meat becomes smooth and fluffy. Form the patties.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the cooked cutlets on it. Then place them for 20-25 minutes in the oven and bake at a temperature of 220-250 ° C.
Recipe for turkey cutlets in a potato "fur coat"
To prepare this original nutritious dish, you will need:
- 1 kg turkey fillet;
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- dill greens;
- 1 egg;
- Wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Rinse the turkey fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and pat dry. Then cut the fillets into small pieces and mince them along with the peeled garlic cloves and 1 peeled raw potato. Peel the onions and chop finely with a knife. Then combine with minced meat made from fillets. Add chopped dill, ground pepper, salt, beat in a raw egg, mix everything well and form cutlets.
Wash the remaining 3 potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Soak for a few minutes, squeeze out excess liquid with your hands and drain.
Dip the formed cutlets in wheat flour and then brew in grated potatoes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey cutlets in a potato "fur coat" on it until a golden, appetizing crust is formed.
