Turkey meat is a dietary product and provides a lot of energy. Due to its special composition, it does not cause allergies, therefore it is excellent for baby food. The meat is very tender, the dishes from it are juicy and fluffy. They are incredibly tasty and will be highly appreciated.

- 600 g of turkey meat;
- 4 slices of loaf;
- 100 ml milk
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- parsley;
- 1 egg;
- salt;
- ground black pepper;
- 300 g of soft cheese;
- vegetable oil;
- butter;
- water;
- bread crumbs or flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the turkey meat and, if necessary, separate it from the bones. Do not forget that the meat on the thighs of turkeys is very fat, and the breast of birds, on the contrary, is rather dry, so it is best to use both for cutlets. Cut the meat into small pieces, mince two or three times.
Step 2
Cut the crust off the loaf, soak the slices in milk, and then squeeze well and add to the minced meat. The bread should be slightly stale, as fresh can give the cutlets a slightly sour taste.
Step 3
Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely, fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Rinse the parsley under cold water, dry, chop and, together with sautéing, send into the minced meat. Add an egg beaten with a mixer there.

After that, salt and pepper the minced meat, mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained and put in the refrigerator for twenty to thirty minutes. During this time, it will have time to cool, and the spices will "open up".
Step 5
After the time has elapsed, remove the minced meat and form small patties with wet hands. Place a small piece of cheese inside each. Be sure to roll them on both sides in bread crumbs or flour.
Step 6
Pour some oil into a preheated pan, put the patties and fry over medium heat so that they have time to cook well, but not burn. For frying, it is best to use a mixture of vegetable and butter. After ten to fifteen minutes, turn the cutlets over and fry on the other side.
Step 7
Then make a very small fire, pour a little water on the bottom of the pan, cover it with a lid and simmer for another five to seven minutes.
Step 8
Serve hot to keep the cheese inside from getting cold. Place them on a plate, drizzle with melted butter and decorate with herbs. Choose any side dish - rice, vegetables, pasta. Bon Appetit!
