Step 1

Peel the onions and potatoes. You can use ready-made minced meat or make your own. If you chose the second option, twist the turkey fillet through a meat grinder.

Cut the onions into pieces and also pass through a meat grinder. Rub the potatoes on a medium grater and add to the minced meat. Pour in half a glass of water, pepper and salt, then mix thoroughly.
