This turkey can be added to various sandwiches or eaten with any side dish. Personally, I really liked the combination of such a turkey with lingonberry sauce and millet porridge. Such dishes can be eaten even on diets, they do not harm the figure at all - this is the best proper nutrition. It is also a great option for those who do not like to cook for a long time. Cooking this dish takes 15-20 minutes.

You will need:

Cut the turkey fillet into cubes, about 5 cm long and 2 cm wide. Mix salt and pepper, perhaps you decide to add some more spices, but believe me, the taste will be quite rich without them. Grate the sticks with this mixture.

Put our turkey in a preheated pan and fry on medium heat on both sides until tender (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
