To prepare tender and soft minced meatballs, you will need: 500 grams of chicken fillet, 150 grams of onions, 80 grams of white bread, 1/2 cup of milk, vegetable oil, 500 milliliters of cream, 300 grams of hard cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, ground black pepper, fresh herbs.
Meatballs are made from minced meat, chicken and fish. Fried onions, spices and various greens must be added to the minced meat. Bread is added to the minced meat to improve the consistency.
For delicious meatballs, take a small saucepan and pour the required amount of milk into it. Place a saucepan over low heat and heat the milk for 1-2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat. Milk is useful for steeping white bread. It is very important that it is warm, not hot. Pour the milk from the saucepan into a bowl or bowl and crush the white bread into it. Leave the bread to soak.

Rinse fresh parsley under cold water, pat dry with a kitchen towel, then chop. Add cheese and parsley to the garlic and mix thoroughly. Next, pour the cream to the ingredients and mix again.
Preheat oven to 180C. Place the baking sheet with the meatballs in the oven. Cook them for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven, pour generously with sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
Tender and soft minced meatballs are ready. Serve with spaghetti, mashed potatoes, or any other side dish.
