Preparation:

Cut the washed and dried chicken in portions. You can make pieces of any size. The main thing is that it is convenient to eat them in the future.

Lightly process the fillets with a special hammer. If the cook does not have it in stock, you can use the back (blunt) side of the knife.

Sprinkle flour on a deep flat plate. Mix with salt and selected spices. A ready-made chicken mixture is best suited. Roll the poultry blanks in the resulting dry composition. They should be completely covered with a thin layer of flour mass on all sides.

Pour the contents of a raw egg into a wide, deep plate. Whisk it lightly. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mass after deboning in flour.

Heat a large amount of oil in a cast iron skillet. Fry treats in it until an appetizing crust appears. Usually 3-4 minutes are enough on one side.

  • allspice, salt and any fat for frying - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the prepared prepared chicken at once into 5 pieces for chops. Cover them with foil or bag. Beat back. The coating will protect walls and surroundings from meat splashes and will preserve the intact fiber structure of the slices.

Eggs must be removed from the refrigerator in advance. Beat them with a hand mixer until lightly creamy on the surface. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and all dry ingredients at once. Continue beating until even the smallest lumps remain in the composition. It should turn out in density like store sour cream.

Cover the meat with batter. In this case, the mass should not immediately drain from the pieces. The more batter remains on the chops, the tastier and more tender they will eventually turn out.

Fry the treat in hot fat until tender. You can use a mixture of vegetable and butter at the same time. Serve deliciously tender chops with grilled vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 2 large;
  • any low-fat cheese - 220-250 g;
  • tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.;
  • oil - 1 large spoon;
  • sour cream - 3 large spoons;
  • garlic - 2-4 cloves;
  • salt, herbs, spices, oil - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces. You need to move the knife across the meat fibers. Beat off the resulting slices on both sides. The main thing is not to overdo it and not to violate the integrity of the bird's fibers.

Rub a piece with the seasoning mixture and salt. From above, lightly walk again with a special hammer or the blunt side of a knife so that the meat is better saturated with spices.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Chop the washed and dried greens very finely.

Cut the poultry into slices obliquely. Cover the resulting pieces with a bag / film. Treat thoroughly with a special hammer. Sprinkle with a mixture of salt and dry garlic. Rub these ingredients directly into the chicken pieces with your hands.

Pour the contents of a raw egg into one wide, shallow plate. Sprinkle crumbs on a second flat dish. Dip the chicken pieces alternately in the first and second containers. Then - send them to a skillet with boiling oil and fry until cooked on each side. Average heating of the plate will be sufficient. A cast iron pan is best.

Preparation:

Cut the prepared fillet (washed, dried) into pieces. The optimal thickness for slices is about 1.5 cm. Beat each piece well.

Next - sprinkle the blanks with all dry ingredients and chopped garlic. The latter is convenient to take in granular form. Grind the meat with spices directly with your hands, cover with foil and leave for about half an hour on the table.

At this time, peel the potatoes. Grind the vegetable using a grater with the smallest divisions. Leave the resulting shavings in any large bowl for about a quarter of an hour. Then - put the potatoes on a sieve, squeeze out the chips well and leave the remaining liquid to drain.

Grate the cheese separately. Well suited for such a recipe, for example, "Russian" or "Poshekhonsky".

Combine both potato and cheese shavings in one bowl. Add salt, spices, and the contents of a raw egg. You can also put crushed / dry garlic in this mass. Mix everything well.

Put the resulting mass of cheese and potatoes in the form of thin oval blanks in a frying pan with heated oil. Distribute on top of the chop. Cover these two layers with another portion of the cheese and potato mixture. With a spoon, try to lightly blind the edges.

Fry the resulting unusual blanks with chicken inside, first on one side, until appetizing ruddy. Then - on the other. When the other side of the chops becomes slightly golden, you need to cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat of the stove and cook the treat for another 10-12 minutes.

Serve the platter with assorted vegetables. Tasty to complement chops and spicy cheese sauce.

  • chicken breast - 700-750 g;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • white onion, large tomato - 1 pc.;
  • cheese - 180-200 g;

  • eggs - 3-4 pcs.;
  • salt, spices, oil - to taste.

Cut the fillet into slices. Fight off each one, but not too subtly. Spread the blanks with a mixture of spices, salt and a little oil. Give them a "rest" for 8-10 minutes.

Chop white peeled onions into large pieces and send to the blender bowl. Send sour cream and mayonnaise to it (3 tablespoons each), pour in the contents of raw eggs. Add flour. It is advisable to pre-sift it in order to reduce the number of lumps in the mass. After mixing, the thick batter will be completely ready. All that remains is to salt it to taste.

Dip pieces of chicken on both sides in batter. Then - fry until golden brown in a skillet with any fat.

While the chicken is being prepared, you need to tackle the remaining vegetables - chop the tomatoes and peppers into miniature cubes of approximately the same size. Grind the cheese with a medium or coarse grater.

Add the remaining sauces to the vegetables - sour cream + mayonnaise. Sprinkle the composition with about 1/3 of the whole shredded cheese.

Arrange the ready-made fried chops in a heat-resistant form. Grease it with the remaining fat from the pan. Spread the vegetable mass on top. Cover with the remaining cheese.

Send the container to the oven preheated to 200-210 degrees. Cook for at least 12-14 minutes. During this time, the cheese should completely melt.

This recipe produces truly festive "smart" chops. The vegetable mass makes them very juicy and tasty.

Raw smoked bacon and suluguni recipe

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 large;
  • raw smoked bacon - 2-4 strips (depending on their width);
  • large juicy tomato - 1 pc.;
  • suluguni - 70-80 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • corn flour - 6-7 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, spices, oil - to taste;
  • lettuce leaves - for serving treats.

Preparation:

Cut the large chicken fillet into 2 parts. Rub each of them with salt and seasonings. Beat each piece well.

Beat the egg until lightly frothy in a separate bowl. Pour the cornmeal onto a flat plate. First, roll each prepared piece of chicken on a plate with a dry component, then immerse it in the egg mass and, finally, bread it again in flour.

Send the prepared pieces to a skillet with heated oil. Fry literally half a minute on each side so that the batter is firmly fixed.

Grate the cheese finely. Cut the tomato into thin slices.

Place the lightly fried chops on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover each with 1-2 strips of raw bacon. Next, lay out the tomato slices.

Cover chops with chopped cheese. Bake them for 12-14 minutes in an oven preheated to medium temperature. Place the finished treat on lettuce leaves and serve immediately.

Provencal chops

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts - 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • soft cheese with a sweetish taste - 80-100 g;
  • red onion - 1 head;
  • dried basil, thyme and rosemary, salt - pinch at a time.

Preparation:

Get rid of the veins and all that is superfluous. Cut into slices. Slightly beat back. Brush with spices and salt.

Cut the onion and tomatoes into thin slices. Mash the cheese with a fork.

Put the chops in a skillet with heated oil. Fry on one side. Turning the meat over, coat the browned side with soft cheese, and spread the onion and tomato slices on top. Fry the treat until the second side of the chops is ready.
