This dish is worthy of becoming a regular guest on any table. The tender meat of the meatballs goes well with the creamy mushroom sauce, which gives the whole dish a rich taste.
It is necessary
- - 1100 g of minced meat (pork and beef);
- - 320 g of white bread;
- - 1 egg;
- - 30 g of salt;
- - 420 g of mushrooms (oyster mushrooms);
- - 230 g of onions;
- - 270 g heavy cream;
- - 60 g flour;
- - 70 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the mushrooms in it for 6 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings, transfer it to a saucepan with the mushrooms, add oil and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add flour to the onion with mushrooms, mix thoroughly. Then pour the cream into the same saucepan and simmer the mushrooms for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1 liter of water to the pan with mushrooms, season with salt. Stir, bring to a boil and turn off.
Step 5
Soak the bread in cold water for about 10 minutes, then squeeze it thoroughly with a colander, transfer to a deep bowl. Add minced meat, salt, egg to the bread, mix well. Divide the resulting mixture into 32 parts.
Step 6
Each part must be beaten well and a ball must be formed from it. Place the prepared meatballs on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 32 minutes. Make sure that the meatballs are not dry.
Step 7
Transfer the meatballs to a deep baking dish, pour over the prepared gravy and bake in the oven for another 25 minutes.
