It is necessary

  • • 350 g of beef meat;
  • • 300 g of pork meat;
  • • 200 g bread crumbs;
  • • 1 chicken egg;
  • • ground black pepper and salt;
  • • 200 g of champignons;
  • • 50 g of wheat flour;
  • • 50 ml of heavy cream;
  • • some chopped greens;
  • • 50 ml of dry white wine;
  • • 150 g of cow's milk;
  • • 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
  • • 1 head of onion in minced meat and 1 in sauce;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • 3 tablespoons of butter;

Instructions

Step 1

The meat must be washed, dried and chopped with a meat grinder.

Step 2

Pour breadcrumbs (you can take bread instead) into a cup and pour milk into it. Then squeeze them out and pour into the minced meat.

Step 3

Remove the husk from the onion, wash it, cut it into small cubes and add to the bowl of minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Break 1 egg into minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, mix again.

From the finished minced meat, you need to form meatballs. To do this, moisten your hands and tear off a little minced meat, roll the balls.

Pour sunflower oil into a saucepan and put on high heat. When it's hot, lay out the meatballs and fry them on all sides until golden brown. Then transfer them to a cup.

Pour more oil into the saucepan and add the previously peeled onions. When it's browned, add the rinsed and chopped mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium and sauté with regular stirring until golden brown.

Place butter and wheat flour in a saucepan. Mix everything well and after 1 minute pour in some water and wine. 5 minutes after boiling, put sour cream and cream in a saucepan, and also add salt and ground black pepper.

Step 8

Transfer the meatballs to a saucepan and simmer over low heat until cooked through for 10-15 minutes. Almost at the very end, add chopped herbs and your favorite spices.
