  • For the sauce:
  • - cream - 500 ml.;
  • - cheese (for example, Maasdam) - 300 gr.;
  • - garlic;
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking meatballs:

- soak the bun in milk;

- chop the onion;

- we pass the fillet through a meat grinder;

- we mix all the components;

- salt / pepper;

- we form small meatballs.

Step 2

Lubricate the baking dish with butter, lay out the meatballs.

We bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 3
