To prepare this dish, we need:

  • 500 gr minced meat
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1/2 loaf,
  • 100 g onions
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of fat
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • ground black pepper,
  • 4-5 dried mushrooms,
  • 150 g sour cream,
  • salt.

Method of cooking meatballs in sauce

Mushroom sauce must be prepared in advance. You need to take dried mushrooms, wash well and soak for a day. After that, boil the mushrooms in the same water in which they were soaked.

While the mushrooms are boiling, you need to make a toasted dressing. Take a small frying pan, fry wheat flour until golden brown, add fat to it, mix and remove from the stove.

Remove the prepared mushrooms from the broth and cut, and dilute the toasted dressing with the broth.

Drive a chicken egg into the prepared minced meat, put the fried medium-sized chopped onion, table salt, black pepper to taste and a soaked loaf without a crust. Pour cold water and mix thoroughly.

Form elongated meatballs from the minced meat, sprinkle them with wheat flour. Heat the melted fat in a deep frying pan and, when it starts to smoke a little, dip the meatballs into it and fry them, turning them periodically. Then put the meatballs in the roasting pan with the mushroom sauce. Add sour cream, stir and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with boiled rice, potatoes and vegetable salad.
