Traditionally, meatballs are made from minced meat, but mushrooms are just as tasty. Mushroom meatballs are suitable for those who observe Great Lent. They are not inferior to meat in taste, it is very simple to prepare them, but it is better to take oyster mushrooms or mushrooms.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of mushrooms;
- - 5 potatoes;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - half a bunch of dill;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool slightly, peel.

Rinse selected mushrooms, cut into slices.

Heat 2 tablespoons in a skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chopped mushrooms, simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Stir them occasionally.
Step 4
Rinse the dill, chop finely.
Step 5
Make mashed mushrooms using a blender. You can use a meat grinder for this purpose. Add potatoes to the mushrooms, mash. Add greens, salt. Mix the minced meat thoroughly. Add flour, mix again until smooth.
Step 6
Boil water in a saucepan. Shape the minced meat into balls with a dessert spoon or with your hands. Dip the balls into boiling water.
Step 7
Cook the mushroom meatballs for 10 minutes. When they come up, you can pull them out.
Step 8
Serve ready-made meatballs with vegetable salad and any sauce.
