Instructions

Step 1

Place the minced meat and mustard in a deep container, break the egg there, sprinkle with a large pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well, knead until it becomes homogeneous.

Step 2

Divide the finished mixture into 4 parts and sculpt a 2 cm thick round cake out of each. Put them on a plate, sprinkle with olive oil, cover with foil and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat well over high heat for 3 minutes. Then we reduce the heat to medium. We spread the cutlets so that they do not lie back to back. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Wash the lettuce leaves, large ones - tear with your hands. Cut the tomatoes into rings. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings.

Cut the buns in half. You can pre-fry them a little in a skillet.

Step 6

Lubricate the bottom of the bun with ketchup, put the lettuce, cutlet, cheese, onion, 2 rings of tomato, a little mustard and cover with the second half of the bun.
