It is necessary
- Stew (beef, pork) - 1/2 can.
- Tomato paste (if not, replace it with ketchup) - to taste.
- Salt, spices, herbs - to taste.
- Flour is a teaspoon.
- Water - 1/2 cup.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the canned food and put half of the contents in the pan. There is no need to add oil, since the stew itself is quite oily.

Heat the stew over medium heat until all the fat has melted.
Step 3
Add water to the stew. Stirring, wait until it boils.
How to boil - add tomato paste (ketchup), salt, spices. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Gently, without haste, pour a little flour into our gravy, while constantly stirring. Flour is needed to thicken the gravy, so if you like a thin one, add a little flour, and if you are a fan of thick gravy, add more.
Step 5
Once finished with the flour, let the gravy simmer for another 30 seconds. After that, you can add the herbs to taste and cover with a lid. Turn off the stove and leave our gravy for 3-5 minutes to infuse.
