Lagman is a very tasty dish that can be cooked without much effort in a slow cooker. The dish will delight all your loved ones and will take pride of place on the festive table.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef or pork;
- - 250 g of noodles;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 sweet pepper;
- - 1 onion;
- - celery (several stalks);
- - grated ginger root;
- - tomato paste;
- - garlic;
- - Red pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First wash the meat and pat dry with a towel.

Next, cut it into small pieces.

After that, cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the sweet bell pepper into cubes, having previously cleaned from the seeds.

Pour boiling water over, and then pour cold water over the tomatoes. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Fry the meat in a slow cooker for about 10 minutes.
