Homemade sausages or kupaty cooked in a multicooker are very tasty, juicy and healthy not only for adults, but also for children. You can prepare sausages for future use, then simply fry and serve with your favorite side dish.
It is necessary
- - 1, 3 kg of chicken breasts,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 egg,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of spices for chicken or meat,
- - ground coriander to taste,
- - nutmeg to taste,
- - 1 bay leaf.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, cut the meat off the bone. You will get cleaned meat per kilogram.

Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 3
Mash a bay leaf in the palm of your hand, mix with the meat. Salt, season with spices, mix well.
Step 4
Grind the onion in a blender. Grate the garlic or pass through a press.
Step 5
Mix onion and garlic with meat, add egg, stir.
Step 6
Prepare your multicooker for steam cooking.
Step 7
Cut the packing bag in half. Put minced meat on each half of the bag, roll the sausage, tie the ends.
Step 8
Turn on the steam mode on the multicooker. Set the time to 25 minutes. Place the sausages in a slow cooker.
Step 9
After 25 minutes, remove the sausage bowl from the multicooker. Carefully remove the bag from the sausages.
Step 10
Drain the water from the multicooker. Dry the bowl and pour the oil into it. Put on baking or frying mode for half an hour. Fry the kupaty until a delicious crust. Serve with a side dish or sauce.
