  • - noodles for lagman 300 g;
  • - meat 800 g;
  • - carrots 2 pcs;
  • - Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.;
  • - tomatoes 2-3 pcs.;
  • - onions 2 pcs.;
  • - 3-4 potatoes;
  • - garlic 2-3 cloves;
  • - tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - bay leaf 1 pc.;
  • - spices;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the meat, dry it, cut into small cubes. Peel the onions and carrots, chop into strips. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add meat, onions and carrots. Cook for 15-20 minutes on the "Fry" mode. Stir the meat once.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop the tomatoes and bell peppers.

Step 3

Add potatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers to the meat. Pour everything with tomato paste, add salt and spices. Mix everything, pour boiling water so that the vegetables are completely covered. Cook for 1 hour on the Soup or Stew program.

Step 4

Boil the noodles for lagman according to the instructions, discard in a colander. Put a small amount of noodles in the plates, pour the meat sauce on top. You can decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
