Almost any modern model of a multicooker is equipped with a baking function, so you can easily cook a cupcake, biscuit or apple charlotte in it. If you want to get a product of an unusual shape, feel free to use special silicone molds for this.
Silicone molds are particularly durable, they perfectly withstand temperatures in the range from minus 40 to plus 220 degrees and are perfect for working with a multicooker. If you are using them for the first time, it is recommended to thoroughly wash the molds with warm water and soap, and before placing the dough in them, you need to grease the walls and sides of the container with butter once. In the future, it is not necessary to lubricate the forms with oil.
For vanilla muffins in a slow cooker, you need to take 200 g of butter, 2 chicken eggs, a glass of granulated sugar, 2 glasses of wheat flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of baking powder, vanillin, a little chocolate and powdered sugar for decoration. Silicone molds can be used in a multicooker for steam cooking. For example, they can be used to make delicious curd steam cakes. For this dish, you need to take 200 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of flour, 100 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, strawberries and sour cream for the sauce. Pound butter and sugar in a dish using a mixer, add cottage cheese and eggs to the butter. Beat everything thoroughly. Mix flour with baking powder and carefully add it to the rest of the food. Spoon the dough into the tins and place them on the steam tray. Pour water (about 500-600 ml) into the multicooker bowl. Activate the "Steam cooking" button and set the time - 40 minutes. For berry sauce, combine strawberries and sour cream. Pour the strawberry and sour cream mixture over the prepared muffins.
