Red fish rolls have an exquisite delicate taste thanks to their cream cheese. The dish can be made very similar to the popular rolls.

- - 400 grams of lightly salted red fish;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - packaging of cream cheese;
- - 1 bunch of dill;
- - 50 grams of sweet mustard;
- - 10 grams of hot mustard;
- - 100 grams of olive oil;
- - 50 grams of brown sugar;
- - 20 grams of red wine vinegar;
- - 10 grams of strong coffee;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
To make red fish rolls, take a slightly salted red fish fillet (trout, salmon, pink salmon) and cut it into thin slices using a sharp knife. Spread cling film on the table, put the sliced fish overlapping on it so that one piece overlaps the other.
Step 2
To prepare the filling for rolls, rinse a bunch of dill under running water, dry with a kitchen towel, then finely chop. Put the cream cheese in a small bowl, then add the chopped dill to it and mix the ingredients well with each other.

Take a pastry bag and fill it with dill cream cheese. Place the filling on the fish in one layer, then wrap the red fish and cream cheese slices in a roll. To do this, grasp the ends of the cling film and roll gently.

Twist the ends of the film over the sides of the roll. After that, you can put your red lightly salted fish and dill cream cheese roll in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.
Step 5
While the roll is cooling, prepare mustard sauce for it. Mix sweet and hot mustard, granulated sugar, and red wine vinegar in a blender well, then add olive oil, strong coffee, salt and pepper to the ingredients, mix again until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

After the time has passed, remove the chilled red fish roll from the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces like rolls.
Step 7
Red fish rolls are ready, it remains only to decorate this delicious dish. To do this, take a long-fruited cucumber, wash it and peel it, then cut it into long, almost transparent strips. Arrange the cucumber strips over the finished dish, or you can decorate the rolls with a sprig of dill.
