In order to cook rolls with red fish, you must either buy pita bread in advance, or cook it at home.

For lavash you will need:

- 1 tbsp. flour;

- 1/3 Art. water (but a little more is possible - it all depends on the flour);

- ½ tsp salt;

- 3 tsp vegetable oil.

But for the filling you will need to prepare:

- red salted fish - 250 g;

- butter - 250 g;

- fresh cucumber - 3 pcs.;

- greens - 100 g.

If there is no purchased pita bread, then you need to prepare the dough. To do this, pour flour into a large container and add preheated water and salt. Stir well and add vegetable oil. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for a while. And after 30 minutes, roll out onto plates and fry in a non-stick pan until brown spots form. Place all layers of pita bread on a clean flat plate, sprinkle with plain water and cover with a wet towel.

As soon as the lavash cools down and becomes soft, you can start forming rolls.

To do this, you need to spread the pita bread with butter, carefully lay out the cucumbers and fish cut into slices. Wrap using plastic wrap in rolls and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
