Lavash roll with red fish and cottage cheese
It is better to make an appetizer from fatty homemade cottage cheese.
The following ingredients are required:
- 200 g of fish;
- 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
- 180 g of fatty cottage cheese (can be replaced with cottage cheese);
- a bunch of parsley;
- lemon juice.
Step-by-step cooking:
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat in a blender.
- Cut the fish into cubes, pour with lemon juice and leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Wash the parsley, remove all the stems, chop the leaves.
- Unfold the lavash and spread it with cottage cheese, put the fish on it and sprinkle with parsley on top.
- Gently wrap the roll and send it to the refrigerator.

Instead of a cucumber, you can add bell pepper or avocado.

- Armenian lavash leaf;

The following ingredients are required:
- 200 g of fish;
- Armenian lavash;
- 100 g mayonnaise;
- 1 boiled egg;
- 1 bell pepper;
- ½ tomato;
- 80 g of hard cheese;
- feathers of green onions.
Step-by-step cooking:
- Grind the fish into cubes.
- Grate the egg, pepper and cheese, cut the tomatoes in semicircles.
- Chop the onion with a knife.
- Lavash grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with egg, spread the fish on top. Then distribute in order: tomato, grated bell pepper, green onions and cheese.
- Wrap in a roll.
- If you wish, you can put it in the microwave and bake for a few minutes. Cut.
Lavash roll with salmon, caviar and shrimps
The following ingredients are required:
- 1 PC. thin pita bread;
- 200 g soft curd cheese;
- 200 g lightly salted salmon;
- 150 g frozen shrimp;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tsp red caviar (for decoration).
Step-by-step cooking:
- Remove frozen shrimp from the freezer, let thaw.
- Put the pan on the fire, pour in the olive oil, add finely grated garlic and shrimp. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, salmon into slices.
- Grease the expanded pita bread with curd cheese. Lay fish plates, peppers and shrimps on top.
- Roll up a roll. Send to infuse in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, divide into pieces, put on a dish and garnish with red caviar.
Lavash roll with smoked chum
The following ingredients are required:
- 1 sheet of pita bread;
- 100 g mayonnaise;
- 200 g smoked chum salmon;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- zest of half a lemon;

Baked pita roll with salmon
The following ingredients are required:
- 2 sheets of Armenian lavash;
- 0.5 kg fresh salmon fillet;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- half a lemon;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 tsp mustard;
- ½ bunch of dill;
- ½ bunch of parsley;
- vegetable oil (olive or sunflower);
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Step-by-step cooking:
- Cut the salmon into thin slices, put in a deep glass dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour 2 tbsp. l. oils. Leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
- Chop the herbs finely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the herbs and mix.
- Expand a layer of pita bread, grease with oil. Cover with another layer, put salmon, herbs and cheese on it.
- Roll the cake into a roll and cut into portions.
- Beat the egg with a fork, add mustard, 1 tbsp. l. butter and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Mix.
- Grease the form with oil, lay out the rolls. To prevent them from spinning, you can fasten them with toothpicks or skewers. Coat with egg mixture.
- Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Lavash roll with canned pink salmon
The following ingredients are required:
- 1 thin pita bread;
- 1 can of pink salmon in oil;
- 2-3 eggs;
- parsley;
- 2-3 st. l. mayonnaise;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic.
Step-by-step cooking:
- Grate boiled eggs or chop finely.
- Remove bones from canned pink salmon and mash fillets with a fork.
- Finely chop the parsley, chop the garlic.
- Smear the expanded layer of the cake with mayonnaise. Layer fish, eggs, parsley and garlic on top.
- Gently roll into a roll, wrap in foil and leave to infuse in the cold for an hour.
