- - 1 cup long grain rice;
- - 4 cucumbers;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 250 g of canned corn;
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 4 tablespoons olive oil;
- - 1 bunch of dill greens;
- - ground black pepper
- salt to taste.
- For a warm salad:
- - 500 g of red fish fillet;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 4 bell peppers;
- - 1 leek;
- - 1/2 lemon;
- - 1 bunch of lettuce;
- - 3 tbsp. soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Red and Cucumber Salad Cut the red fish fillets into small pieces. Steam the fish for 6-10 minutes until tender. Then cool the fish pieces.
Step 2
Wash the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into thin semicircles. Transfer the cucumber to a colander, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Then rinse the cucumber in warm water and pat dry.
Step 3
Chop the dill greens. Pour salt into sour cream, add dill and mix thoroughly. Put boiled pieces of red fish, cucumber in a salad bowl and season with sour cream sauce. Top with ground black pepper if desired.

Italian Red Fish Salad Cut the lightly salted red fish fillets into large pieces. Boil the rice in boiling salted water until tender. Drain the water and cool the rice.

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and cut into thin half rings. Finely chop the dill greens. Drain the canned corn in a colander to drain off the juice.

Prepare the sauce. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
