Geza is a traditional Japanese dish made of dough and minced meat, reminiscent of dumplings. Its difference is that the dough is made from rice flour and rolled into a very thin translucent layer, the thickness of a sheet of paper.
It is necessary
- - 150 g minced pork;
- - 1 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage;
- - green onions;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar;
- - a pinch of ground white pepper;
- - ready-made dough for gueza;
- - 2 teaspoons of peanut butter;
- - 1/4 cup water.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the Chinese cabbage and green onions into small pieces. Peel and crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife. Combine minced pork, cabbage, onion and garlic, add soy sauce, sesame oil, powdered sugar and pepper.
Step 2
It is quite difficult to prepare dough for gueuze, so it is much more convenient to use a semi-finished product, especially since it is not so difficult to find it in a store. Spread the gueuze dough pieces on a clean work surface and roll them lightly. Place a tablespoon of filling on each juicer. Brush the edges of the cakes with a little water. Fold in half and use your fingertips to fold around the edge of the fold 4 to 5 times.
Step 3
Heat the peanut butter in a large skillet over high heat. Place gueza dumplings in it and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Pour water into the pan and cook the dish for about 3-4 minutes. During this time, the water should evaporate.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the gheza come to rest for about 2 minutes. Place the dumplings on a platter. Serve immediately hot with soy sauce.
