It is necessary

  • - fresh Jerusalem artichoke, carrot and apple in equal proportions (for example, 200-300 grams each);
  • - juice from half a lemon;
  • - 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (for example, olive or sunflower oil, etc.).

Instructions

Step 1

Carrots, Jerusalem artichoke tubers and apples must be thoroughly rinsed with water and wiped off with a towel. Then clean fruits must be peeled.

Step 2

All peeled foods should be grated on a coarse grater (you can cut them into small strips, so the salad will be even tastier and more beautiful). Chopped Jerusalem artichoke and apples should be immediately sprinkled with lemon juice to avoid darkening soon.

Step 3

In a suitable bowl or salad bowl, combine the chopped apples, Jerusalem artichoke and carrots, season with any vegetable oil and stir again. You can add salt, but if you want the salad to be even more dietary and healthy, it is better to do without spices, seasonings and salt.
