Soup with pasta, beans and ground beef is an original and very satisfying dish that can be prepared in just half an hour. This recipe should be taken into account for those who like to eat deliciously, but at the same time do not want to spend the whole day at the stove.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - small onion;
- - 200-250 g of ground beef;
- - 1 liter of chicken broth;
- - a can of tomatoes in their own juice (about 400 g);
- - 100 g of white and red canned beans;
- - 2 teaspoons of chili powder;
- - 1, 5 teaspoons of cumin;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 300 g of pasta of any shape;
- - 60-70 g of grated Cheddar cheese;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Fry the squeezed garlic, chopped onion and ground beef on it until the meat is tender.
Step 2
Pour in chicken broth, put beans and tomatoes in a saucepan, season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bring the soup to a boil and pour the pasta into a saucepan. As soon as the soup boils again, reduce the heat and simmer under a closed lid until the pasta is cooked - about 13-15 minutes.
Step 4
We remove the soup from the heat, add the cheese to the pan. After 2-3 minutes, when the cheese has melted, the soup can be served, garnished with parsley.
