This soup is easy to prepare and satisfying, and thanks to the cilantro, its taste takes on a sophisticated note.
It is necessary
- - 1 cup of beans;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 5 glasses of water;
- - a few sprigs of cilantro;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort the beans, rinse several times and cover with cold water overnight (at least 6 hours).
Step 2
Drain the water in the morning, put the beans in a saucepan, add 5 glasses of cold water and put on fire. Wash the onions and carrots, peel, chop finely and add to the saucepan. Cook until the beans are done.
Step 3
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and then quickly immerse them in cold water to easily peel them off. Then slice and place in a saucepan.
Step 4
Cook for another 15 minutes, season with salt and remove from heat. Add chopped cilantro to taste before serving.
