Step 1

The first step is to prepare the noodles. To do this, take flour and sift it through a sieve. Add a pinch of salt and 1 cup of water to the flour. Mix thoroughly. Knead the dough on the table, roll up a ball and put in a warm place for 2.5 hours.

After the dough fits, roll out circles 1 cm thick. Then cut a circle of dough into thin strips. Lubricate them with vegetable oil and leave alone for 20 minutes.

Next, heat the salted water in a saucepan and pour the noodles you cooked into it. Let it simmer for 4 minutes, then discard in a colander and pour over with vegetable oil.

After the noodles are ready, proceed to the soup itself. Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut into cubes.

Heat a cauldron with vegetable oil. Put the meat in it and fry until golden brown. Next, wash and cut the radish thinly. Add it to the meat. Chop the onion and send it there.

Chop the peeled tomatoes. Put them to stew with the meat. Season with salt and pepper with black pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 7

Then fill all these ingredients with water. Cook for 50 minutes over low heat. While the dish is cooking, chop the herbs and garlic. When the soup is ready, add the herbs and garlic to it. Serve the dish on a flat saucer, first put the noodles, and pour the soup on top.
