Pot soup is an incredibly tasty and nutritious dish. The recipe for its preparation has entered the "arsenal" of many housewives. Indeed, on cold winter evenings, the aromatic and hot soup in pots will delight all family members. And on holidays, it will become an irreplaceable dish on the table.
It is necessary
- Beef meat - 100-150 g
- Smoked meats (sausage, ham, etc.) - 50 g
- Bulbs - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Cabbage - 250 g.
- Champignons (fresh or pickled) - 5-10 pcs.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp spoons
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Greens
Instructions
Step 1
Cook beef broth. You will need about 1.5 liters of broth. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop onions, smoked meats, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Put all of the above ingredients in the pan with an interval of 2-3 minutes. For taste, add tomato sauce and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Put frying from a frying pan into the pots, add boiled meat and potatoes. Then fill the pots with broth so that it covers the vegetables to a height of 2 fingers. Add salt, pepper, bay leaves.
Step 4
Close with a lid and place in a cold oven. Bring the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Serve the resulting soup with herbs and sour cream.
