It is necessary

    • 600 gr of boiled sausage without fat;
    • 1 egg;
    • 0.5 cups of milk;
    • 1 cup flour;
    • salt;
    • sunflower oil for frying;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 onion;
    • 50 grams of cheese;
    • 2 glasses of water;
    • seasoning for meat dishes.

Step 1

To prepare sausage fried in dough, cut 300 g of product into even, thin circles. Then cut each one in half.

Step 2

Prepare the dough: Mix 1 egg with half a glass of milk, 3 tablespoons of flour, salt. It shouldn't be very thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip pieces of cooked sausage on both sides in the dough, then gently put in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve the sausage, fried in dough, warm, with tea or coffee.
