Step 1

Cover the pot with a lid and refrigerate for 3-4 days. During this period of time, do not forget to periodically turn the meat.

Remove the pork from the marinade and pat dry. If you wish, you can add some spices, such as paprika. Roll the meat into a tight roll and wrap in several layers of cling film. It is important that the polyethylene fits snugly around it, leaving no holes.
