It is necessary

- - small carrots;
- - 2-3 potatoes;
- - 5 sprigs of thyme;
- - 4 cherry tomatoes;

Step 1
Wash the trout fillet, cut into large pieces and put in a saucepan along with the peeled whole onion. Pour cold water over the fish and put on fire. After the water boils, remove all foam, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Put the boiled trout on a plate, discard the onion, strain the broth and put it on the fire again. Throw in the peeled and diced potatoes and carrots. Cook until tender.
