This vegetable salad with trout is not only delicious but also very healthy. Vegetables are rich in vitamins, and trout itself is a source of beneficial Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
It is necessary
- 125 g smoked trout
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Fresh parsley
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 asparagus pods
- 3 radishes
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- For refueling:
- 80 g natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash potatoes well, peel and boil in salt water. Cut the cooled potatoes into slices. Cook asparagus for 5 minutes, cool and chop finely. Cut half the onion into cubes, the other half into half rings. Cut the radish and bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Put chopped potatoes, diced onion and parsley in a bowl and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil there, mix and leave.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce leaves and put them on a plate. In a bowl, mix the radishes, peppers, asparagus and onion half rings and spread over the lettuce.
Step 4
Making a gas station. Mix together yogurt, olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Mix a third of the dressing with potatoes and put it on a plate on the vegetables.
Step 5
Divide the trout into small pieces by hand and put in a plate with salad. Pour the remaining dressing over the salad. Bon Appetit!
