This dish will decorate any festive table. Guests will be impressed, and the hostess will listen to compliments all evening. It turns out incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 1 medium-sized trout;
- - 5-6 potatoes;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - flour
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 onions;
- - butter and vegetable oil;
- - spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
To make the gravy, melt the butter in a deep bowl. Add garlic passed through a press to the oil and fry it for a minute. Once the oil has absorbed the garlic flavor, add the sifted flour to the pan.
Step 2
Fry it a little, and then pour the cream into the pan. Stir the gravy quickly and thoroughly until smooth. As soon as the sauce becomes thick, add spices to it and pour in some boiled water. Stir well again. Increase heat and bring sauce to a boil, then remove from heat and cover.
Step 3
In another skillet, sauté grated carrots and chopped onions. Peel the potatoes and cut into not very thick circles. Grease a baking dish with oil and start putting the ingredients in the dish. Spread the potatoes evenly on the bottom of the mold, and on it - the fish cut into pieces.
Step 4
Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then cover the fish with sautéed vegetables. Pour the prepared dressing over the fish and potatoes. Bake the dish for at least 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
