During the Christmas fast, any housewife certainly wants to feed the household no worse than on a regular evening. Potato zrazy with pesto sauce may turn out to be exactly the dish that you are not ashamed to serve even on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 500 g;
- for lean pesto:
- - parsley - a bunch;
- - peeled walnuts - a handful;
- - salt - to taste;
- - garlic - a slice;
- - olive oil - to taste.

Step 1
The combination of pesto sauce and potatoes is very good. In the case of the proposed meal, the sauce will act as a filling. If the semi-finished products are not fried, but baked in the oven, then a more dietary option can be performed.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Prepare a comfortable pot by volume. Cut potatoes into pieces, put in a saucepan, cover with water. Set the saucepan over medium heat and cook until tender. Do not forget to salt the water in which the semi-finished product is cooked.

Free the finished potatoes from liquid, process with a blender, turning into mashed potatoes. It should be tight.

Next, prepare the filling, lean pesto. Rinse the parsley in running water, dry and chop finely. Pound the prepared parsley and a pinch of salt in a mortar. Peel the garlic and add to the mortar, continue grinding the food.
Step 5
Heat the nuts in a hot frying pan, chop. Mix with food in a mortar, add olive oil. The sauce should be similar to the consistency of sour cream.
Step 6
Form zrazy by placing portions of mashed potatoes in the pan. Place the filling in each tortilla. Lift the edges of the potato blanks, close the top with new portions of potatoes.

Fry zrazy with pesto on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot, garnished with herbs or pesto.
