  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • - butter - 1 tsp;
  • - wheat flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - greens - 3 branches.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash raw potatoes, peel them. Pour drinking water into a pot that is convenient in volume, lower the peeled and washed potatoes. Set a saucepan with food on medium heat, after boiling, reduce heat. Salt the water 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking the potatoes.

Step 2

After making sure that the potatoes are cooked, remove the pan from the heat, carefully drain the water. Mash hot potatoes with butter until puree. Then shape the resulting mass into cutlets.

Step 3

Heat the frying pan together with vegetable oil. Dip each semi-finished product in flour, place on the hot surface of the pan and fry on both sides.

Step 4

Prepare food for milk sauce. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and free from the shell. Rinse greens in warm water, dry, chop finely.

Step 5

Grind the butter and flour in a deep bowl. Add gradually milk, salt, mix everything until smooth. Boil the resulting mixture over low heat until thickened. Mix the resulting composition with finely chopped eggs, herbs and pepper.

Step 6

Serve the finished sauce in a saucepan. Put the potato cutlets on a dish, serve. Milk sauce gives the dish a special flavor.
