Pour the prunes with boiling water so that it swells, cut into quarters, add to the minced meat.

Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Stir constantly, simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce into the mushrooms, boil everything together, salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over the cutlets before serving.
