Potatoes occupy one of the main places in the human diet. That is why it is so often called the second bread. Potatoes have medicinal properties. For eating it is boiled, fried, baked, used as a filling for pies. Potato balls with mushroom sauce look appetizing.

- - sour cream 100 g
- - bread crumbs,

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. Pour water into a saucepan and boil the potatoes. Cook for 30 minutes. When the potatoes are tender, drain the water and leave in a saucepan to dry for a few minutes. Then mash the potatoes with a crush to make a mashed potatoes. Cool the puree a little.
Step 2
Add butter and wheat flour to the puree. Take chilled eggs, this way the yolks are better separated. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks of two eggs to the puree. Mix everything thoroughly. Form potato balls. Dip the potato balls in breadcrumbs or flour and fry on all sides over high heat.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms for 1 hour. Then boil them over low heat until they are tender. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry together in butter.
Step 4
In another pan, heat the butter and flour. Stir occasionally. Then add the fried mushrooms with onions and slowly pour in the mushroom broth. Boil the sauce for about 10 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Before removing from the heat, put the sour cream in the gravy. Before serving, put the potato balls in the form of a slide on lettuce leaves, decorate with dill. Pour abundantly prepared sauce. The sauce can be served separately.
