Flounder rolls on a vegetable pillow are a great addition to the festive table. Also, this dish can be prepared for your household, they will also appreciate its delicate and refined taste.
I would like to note right away that there are only 250 kcal in one portion of this dish. Therefore, it is perfect for those who want to lose a little excess weight, while pampering themselves with delicious.
In order to prepare about four servings, we need:
• 8 fillet-shaped flounder pieces (about 80 grams each);
• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
• 1 cube of broth (preferably fish);
• 2 carrots;
• half a glass of sour cream;
• parsley and celery root;
• greens (dill, mint, basil);
• salt to taste.
Cut the flounder fillet in half along the carcass. Heat the lemon juice and then dissolve the broth cube in it. With the resulting mixture, coat the pieces of fish on all sides and then form rolls so that the skin of the fish is inside.
Peel carrots, parsley and celery root. Then cut them into small cubes, cook for 5 minutes in half a liter of boiling water. Pour the resulting broth into a separate bowl.
Add sour cream to the broth and wait until it boils. We put vegetables there first, and then rolls on them. Cover the top with a lid and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes. Wash the greens, dry them, cut off the leaves and decorate the dish with them.
