A very original dish that you must not only see, but also be sure to try. It is prepared in about the same way as ordinary dumplings, but with a raw egg filling.
It is necessary
- - 540 g flour;
- - salt, soda;
- - 210 ml of kefir;
- - 565 g of potatoes;
- - 410 ml of milk;
- - greens;
- - 1 egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut and boil until tender in salted water. Boil the milk. Mash the finished potatoes, add hot milk to it and use a blender to cook airy mashed potatoes.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and then carefully pour in kefir, stirring constantly. Knead the dough and continue kneading until it stops sticking to your hands.
Step 3
Leave the dough in a bowl for about 60 minutes, cover it with a towel. Then divide it into equal parts, roll out each of them.
Step 4
Place ready-made mashed potatoes in the center of each tortilla, make a small depression in it and carefully pour the yolk from the egg into it. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, cover with a second flatbread and pinch the edges.
Step 5
You need to cook such dumplings in a double boiler for about 8 minutes. Serve the dish hot, pouring sour cream or butter over the dumplings.
